Pittsburgh Technical Institute’s School of Technology offers the following majors:
- Business Accounting Administration: use attention to detail, math and problem-solving skills to manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and corporate ledgers.
- Business Management: lead by example and listen to customers and staff while maintaining competition and dedication to products and consumers.
- Business Marketing: stay on top of the trends in business and consumer desire to keep products and services in demand.
- Business Retail Management: develop an eye for detail, marketing and design and the ability to analyze trends to increase sales.
- Hospitality Management - Hotel and Casino: use skills in computer applications, sales, management, and reservations to work in a faced-paced, consumer-focused field.
- Hospitality Management - Restaurant Management: focus on customer-satisfaction while delivering the highest quality in food and beverages, sanitation procedures, purchasing, nutrition, and marketing.
- Hospitality Management - Travel and Tourism Administration: work with diverse clientele, often visiting destinations in order to better recommend vacation spots and plan events.
